• 50% deposit on confirmation of booking

• Remaining 50% rental fee is due 7 days before check-in. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full rental amount is required at the time of booking.​

• A hold of 48 hours will be held for any new reservations, if a payment has not been made, the reservation will be released. Only reservations with PAID deposits will be considered as CONFIRMED bookings.

• Cancellations made within 0 to 7 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be forfeited.

• No credit card facilities

• No pets
